Modern Construction Nola transformed the existing closet of a spare bedroom into a wet bar. From start to finish the project was expertly managed and the work was performed with an eye to detail. Everyone who worked on the project was respectful and went above and beyond to exceed expectations. Design challenges were met and every ask was delivered. Highly recommend!

The guys working on my 2 bathrooms showed excellent attention to detail. The forethought and planing was beyond what I expected. They took care of us right as we were moving into our forever home!

Modern Construction NOLA LLC did a fantastic job with the new roof on our pool house in Lafayette Louisiana. They used Grand Manor shingles, a high-end premium shingle that really looks sharp. They showed up on time, finished on time, and left the grounds the way they found it.

Modern Construction Nola was one of three companies my wife and I considered for a full bathroom gut, and we couldn’t be happier to see our vision come to light. Billy provided detailed step-by-step videos that outlined the projected work and was very mindful of our budget expectations. The team also showed foresight by preparing us for potential change orders that might arise due to the age of the home. The subcontractors were highly skilled and diligent craftsmen who clearly take pride in their work. I also want to highlight Modern Construction Nola’s excellent choice in their right-hand man—Joe P. His knowledge, professionalism, and project management skills are a true example of putting the right people in the right places. We are pleased with the final product.

Billy and the folks at Modern Construction NOLA were fantastic!!! While the project was pretty extensive, taking about four weeks, as they installed a new roof and complete modernization of the outside of the home, we were always in communication. With a project of that size, we knew there would be issues that came up, and there were, but in every instance they were addressed professionally, reasonably and to our ultimate satisfaction! We could not be more satisfied with process, the finished product and the deliberate manner in which Modern Construction NOLA went about their work. We really appreciate it!!

We love our new backyard oasis!! Ther pergola and brick walls were done by Modern Construction NOLA. They had to coordinate with other subs, and it went seamlessly. All workers that showed up were courteous and proficient.

Modern Construction NOLA has been super reliable and trustworthy during our home renovation. We have an older home that has required some creative solutions to wonky walls, clawfoot tubs, and other typical "old house" problems. Our project manager, Joseph, has been dedicated to making our vision come to life, listening carefully and bouncing around ideas to ensure we are satisfied. Its been great working with them!

We recently had flooring replaced in our home, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and communicated clearly throughout the process. The quality of the work is outstanding — everything looks seamless and beautifully finished. They were respectful of our home and left everything clean when the job was done. Highly recommend if you’re looking for reliable, quality flooring work!
